东荣电子（深圳）有限公司（DRE）1993年6月在香港成立，作为面向中国电子元器件生产厂家的综合贸易公司，秉承诚信的经营理念为国内客户提供全方位周到的服务。为了更有效地服务国内客户，于1997年成立了深圳办事处，并将业务范围拓展到涉及包括石英晶体谐振器／振荡器、声表面滤波器、电容、电阻、电感以及半导体、光学在内的元器件领域，业务范围遍及国内及港台地区。为方便与全国客户联系，提供更优良、快捷的售前与售后服务，公司于2002年在苏州成立了办事处及槽轮加工厂，更于 2004年在台湾成立了办事处。
