功能及特点
  工业级可控硅整流弧焊机，用于所有牌号焊条的直流手工电流焊接，特别适合于碱性低氢型焊条焊接重要的低碳钢、中碳钢以及普通低合金的配件，有利于进行全位置的焊接。效率高、耗能低、噪音小，是国家推荐的节能机电产品之一。
  焊机利用可控硅元件快速控制的特点，焊机动特性优良、性能柔和、电弧稳定、熔池平静、飞溅小、焊缝成型好，有利于克服碱性焊条在焊接过程种产生气孔的倾向。焊机具有引弧电流及推力电流装置，使引弧容易及焊条不易粘住。焊机对电网电压波动进行补偿，并在焊机冷热态时都能保持焊接电流的稳定。焊机操作方便，可远距离调节焊接电流。

As the welding machine can make use of the rapid control property of thyristor components,it has favourable features such as good dynamic characteristic,gentle performance,stable arc,calm weld pool,less splatter and perfect weld appearance and can prevent the alkaline welding rod from producing air pores in the course of welding with arc strike current and thrust current device,it makes arc strike easy and the welding rod not inclined to cling.The welding machine can make compensation to the voltage of power grid and maintain the stability of welding current in cold and hot conditions.The welding machine is convenient for operation and the welding current can be regulated by remote control.
