汽车内饰板高频热合机(又名汽车内饰件高频焊接机，汽车内饰件高周波熔接机)做汽车内饰的机器-汽车内饰热合机由电子管自激振荡器产生电磁场，被加工塑胶件在上、下电极间的电磁场中，其内部分子被极化而相互运动磨擦自身产生热量，在模具的压力下达到熔接的目的。利用能量把两件或多件塑胶工件熔接起来，透过高周波使物料生热及熔合在一起。经这种熔接方法而成的工件，坚固度和胶料本身的坚固度一样。

     严格按照国际“无线电干扰委员会”（CISPR）的规定，采用工业波段27.12MHZ，并设计有高周波稳定器和高周波漏磁抑制装置，对外界设备的于扰极小。

高灵敏度火花抑制电路，能准确检出产生火花的不平衡电流，于产生火花瞬间迅速切断振荡回路抑制火花，模具、原料及产品的损害降到*低程度，同时警告灯也会发亮警告。
u The high sensitivity spark suppression circuit is used for testing unbalanced current of sparks. The oscillator circuit can be cut immediately if any spark is caused (The alarm light will be ON at this time) so as to ensure the lowest damage rate to moulds, materials and products. 
四导柱定位精度高，使用范围广，出力大稳定性好，设有过压、过流保护装置，在工作异常时可自动切断高压。
u The high precision and widely used four-column positioning design is adopted, ensuring reliable operation. The overvoltage and over current protection is provided for disconnecting high voltage during abnormal conditions so as to protect the oscillator and rectifier and prevent frequency drift due to misoperation.
